14-Day Free Returns

You have 14 days from the receipt of your ice bath to change your mind. If you decide that the product isn't right for you within this period, please contact us to initiate a return. We'll gladly accept unused, unaltered products free of charge.

Return Shipping

Please note that while we offer free returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returned ice baths must be in the same condition that you received them, without any signs of damage or excessive wear. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Any obvious signs of misuse or damage voids the possibility of a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your ice bath for the same item, send us an email.
